Exchange and return of quality goods
If the product is of suitable quality, according to Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the buyer has the right within 14 days from the delivery of the product to replace the purchased items at the place of purchase with similar items of different dimensions, shape, color, model or completeness, or return the items to the seller and recover the amount paid for them the price.
The buyer’s request to exchange or return items is satisfied if the items:
- were not used
- not spoil
- without losing their commercial appearance, their packaging is intact
- the returned or exchanged product must be of the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer
- The buyer has proof that he bought the items from a specific seller.
Please return the product:
Securely packed so that it does not lose value during transportation, write “RETURN” on the package, attach the purchase document and a free-form refund request with the stated reason for the return.
The goods are returned to the address: UAB “Jurasta”, Ramybės skv. 3, LT-57294, Kėdainiai.
The money is returned to the account from which payment for the product was received.
We guarantee a refund of the paid value within 14 days of the return or replacement with other goods.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for quality items. The buyer pays for the shipping of the returned quality product back to the Seller.

- printed books, reproductions and other products of the printing industry
- fabrics
- machines and mechanical devices
- electrical machinery and equipment, sound recording and reproducing and television video and sound recording and reproducing apparatus
- optical, photographic, cinematographic, measuring, control devices and apparatus
- watches
- music instruments
- toys, games.

Due to the return of defective goods
Goods of unsuitable quality are exchanged for goods of suitable quality or goods are returned in the cases and conditions set out in Articles 6.363 and 6.364 of the Civil Code https://e-seimas.lrs.lt/portal/legalAct/lt/TAP/c93e08a0a8cd11eb98ccba226c8a14d7
Defective goods are exchanged and returned within the statutory warranty period for products. In case of a possible product defect, the Buyer must:
- Securely pack the product so that it is not damaged during transportation;
- indicate “DEFECTIVE RETURN” on the package;
- Attach the product purchase document or its copy (VAT invoice, invoice, payment card statement, payment card reader receipt);
- Attach a written request in a free form, indicating the reason (product defect, defect or other) for which the purchased product does not satisfy the buyer, and one of the requirements (removal of the product defect, replacement or compensation).
- The returned defective item must be in the same package as it was received from the Seller.
