Purchase Terms & Conditions


We suggest you register for your first purchase. Be careful when filling in the information, write your name and surname in Lithuanian letters. The phone number and the person’s first and last name will be required when delivering the parcel.

To log in to the store, click “Login” or “My Account” (you can find these links at the top of every page), enter your email address and password.

Once you’re signed in to your account, you’ll be able to:

Pay faster when buying;
Check order status;
View order history;
Change your account information;
Change your password;
Save multiple addresses (so you can deliver to multiple family members and friends!).


1. Choose the product you like and click add to “Cart”.

We remind you that when buying online, the colors of the goods in reality and on the screen may differ slightly, depending on the monitor settings.

2. You can add the desired quantity of goods immediately to the “Cart” or you can edit the quantity later in the “Cart” itself.

3. After editing the amount of goods, click “Update cart”.

4. You can pick up the selected goods free of charge at the “Jurasta” store in Kėdainiai, Ramybės sq. 3. You can choose delivery of goods by Omniva courier or to the selected Omniva post machine.

5. If you are buying as a guest, please provide the address in Lithuanian letters, delivery information, delivery method, select the payment method in the order form. If you are not a contractual customer, please select payment via Paysera, it will direct you to all available banks, select your bank, select “Continue”, “Confirm order”. Then you will be directed to the bank of your choice. Make payment.

6. Delivery is free for individuals who purchase for €60 or more. In this case, you need to choose “Free delivery” and write in the comment box the desired delivery method: by courier or to the Omniva post machine where you want to pick up the package.

7. If you chose “Pick up in store”, the person picking your goods will contact you by phone and inform you when you can come to pick up your order.

8. The time of sending the product will depend on the shipping method you choose.


Free delivery for individuals with purchases of €60 or more.
For companies, the delivery method is according to the contract.

The goods will arrive at the post office of your choice within 2-6 working days after receiving the order payment. Delivery times may vary during the holiday season.

Please note that the maximum size of the letterhead that can be accommodated is 38x64x41 cm. If you are choosing more goods of larger dimensions or you are not sure whether the parcel will fit in the postal machine, you can consult by phone at 834951123 or by e-mail at info@jurasta.lt.


The goods will arrive directly to your home or workplace within 2-6 working days after receiving the order payment. Delivery times may vary during the holiday season.

Orders are delivered by courier from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. evening, weekdays only.

Important: Payments must be received by 10am. morning, otherwise the goods will be sent only the next day.


The buyer can return the goods within 14 days of receiving the order based on the valid Decree of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania in 2001. June 29 by order no. 217 Regarding the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items.

The buyer can return the product with the original packaging intact, undamaged, unused, and without loss of marketable appearance. Please pack the returned product securely, write “RETURN” on the package, and also return the purchase document, a free-form request to return the product with the specified reason for return, and the bank account number to which the returned money should be transferred.
We guarantee a 14-day refund or exchange, but shipping costs are not refundable for quality items. Also, the buyer pays for the return shipping of the returned quality product.

After the courier delivers the package, make sure that the items inside are not damaged or broken during delivery. Return damaged goods to the courier immediately. Clearly write “LOW-QUALITY SHIPMENT” on the packaging of the goods. We will replace the low-quality product with an analogous high-quality one, and if we do not have such an opportunity, then we will offer another product of the same value or refund the money.

Upon receipt of the shipment, please check that you have received all the items and exactly the items you ordered. If you notice inaccuracies, please notify us within 2 working days.

We deliver goods to foreign countries at LITHUANIAN POST TARIFFS.

Delivery to European Union countries usually takes up to 7 days. Other countries may take up to 14 days.
